My work is unresolved by design. It suggests a narrative but leaves the story making to the viewer. I work in a variety of media believing that each has a specific language and history that informs the art. Recently however, I have gone old school preferring the brush and pencil to quicker methods of image making. I feel that I am leaving more of myself in the pieces using these tools. I also like grit under the nail. I have been an artist and art teacher for nearly 15 years. I live with my beautiful family and smelly dog nestled by the Arboretum in Roslindale Massachusetts.
